Merry meet! Welcome to my wordpress blog. My name is Christina Lucido. I’m a Pagan Jewelry Artist, photographer and crafter living in Prescott Valley, AZ. I’m also a scrap-a-holic, a stamper and mix media fanatic! I love crafting in general and I love to combine techniques and mediums for truly unique works of art. I enjoy crafting about my life and spirituality and I hope you enjoy surfing my blog.
I started on my path early in life. As a child I asked questions that no-one in my spiritual community had answers too. I was blessed to have a Mom that was into metaphysics and New Age experiences and I was allowed to find my own path. In Junior High I started attending church with my friends to experience different faiths. I quickly learned that I would not find my path in Christianity (I was kinda sad too since I have the perfect name. hehe) So I started to explore the occult. Astrology and tarot were first. I’ve expanded my knowledge since then and have since found my path.
Even though I consider myself Wiccan my beliefs are very eclectic. My mother’s family was originally Stregha but converted to Catholocism when they came to America in the early 1900’s. My fathers family is of Celtic heritage. I myself have found truth in many beliefs and have incorporated many of those into my own belief system, which is quite ecletic.
I’ve been crafting all my life. Art was my favorite subject in grade school. I made cards and pottery and friendship bracelets for my friends. I continued in high school and expanded my range into scrapbooking, stamping, and crochet. I continue to explore and experiment with different mediums as well as mixing mediums. Today my craft resume includes crochet, scrapbooking, stamping, handmade cards, sewing, polymer clay, art clay, beading, handmade beads, making glass beads, baking, candy making, candle making and mixed media art. I almost forgot digital scrapbooking and graphic design (I love Photoshop!).
